Our Thankful Tree began as an annual tradition when Cara was 2 years old. Each year, I make a tree out of craft paper and place it on the door to the laundry room. Then, I use leaves diecut from a diecut machine. And each night, we each place a leaf on the tree saying something we are thankful for this year. It is something that I have grown to love.
My leaf today will be I am thankful that Wade asked me to marry him on this day 18 years ago.
Blessings!

That is a fabulous idea. Of course I would have to improvise because I don't own nor know how to even operate a die cut machine, but I can cut! :)
